ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - For the second-straight year, Erik Kohler will be busy this Thanksgiving. Despite the demanding schedule, UCF's veteran public address announcer is not complaining.

After handling the duties a year ago, Kohler is slated again be the public address announcer at the Old Spice Classic, which begins Thursday at Disney's Wide World of Sports. Kohler will be on hand for 12 games in four days, starting with Thursday's Creighton-Michigan matchup at Noon.

On the tournament's off day, Kohler will be back at UCF, working the Knights' game with Albany Saturday at 5 p.m.

Kohler says that he enjoyed working the Old Spice Classic, which is televised nationally on the ESPN family of networks, last year, and is looking forward to representing UCF at the event.

"It is an honor for me and my family to work for ESPN over the Thanksgiving holiday," he said. "This is one of the premier basketball tournaments in the country and I am so excited to be part of such a special event."

A special "Pick Your Starting Five" ticket plan is currently available for UCF home contests at the UCF Arena. The plan allows fans to select tickets to five games of their choice for as little as $45. To purchase the "Pick Your Starting Five Plan" today, call (407) UCF-1000 or visit UCFAthletics.com.
