When UCF (5-4, 3-2 C-USA) has the ball
The Knights will conclude their stretch of three of the last four games against foes from Texas this weekend against Houston. Coach George O'Leary withheld hurt quarterback Brett Hodges (125-of-210, 1558 yards, 10 touchdowns) last week against the Texas Longhorns. Hodges will likely resume his role at starting quarterback this weekend, after seeing quarterback Rob Calabrese get the start against Texas. Running back Brynn Harvey was also hurt and held out of the contest against the Longhorns. Harvey (173 rushes, 679 yards, seven touchdowns) will be looked upon this weekend to establish the running game. Also, the Knights will utilize the speed and quickness of running back Jonathan Davis (26 rushes, 131 yards). UCF's receivers will also be healthy this weekend against the Cougars. Receivers A.J. Guyton (28 catches, 431 yards, one touchdown), Rocky Ross (28 catches, 334 yards, three touchdowns), Kamar Aiken (20 catches, 343 yards, four touchdowns) and Jamar Newsome (22 catches, 276 yards, three touchdowns) have done a superb job this year at getting open in space, and will need to create big plays down field against the Cougars' defense.

When Houston (8-1, 4-1 C-USA) has the ball
Quarterback Case Keenum has been the talk of a lot of Heisman-hype thus far this season. Keenum (325-of-458, 3817 yards, 28 touchdowns) has Houston climbing the charts and receiving a lot of talk about BCS implications with every game they play. With the Cougars averaging 42.1 points per game, Keenum has relied upon the work of his wide receivers to find the end zone. Keenum's favorite targets are wide receivers James Cleveland (74 catches, 853 yards, 11 touchdowns), Patrick Edwards (62 catches, 740 yards, three touchdowns) and Tyron Carrier (58 catches, 652 yards, four touchdowns). The three wide outs have been responsible for just under 60 percent of Keenum's passes this season. When the Cougars do run the ball, running backs Bryce Beall and Charles Sims are their go to guys. Beall has rushed 126 times for 595 yards and six touchdowns, while Sims has added 76 rushes for 410 yards and five touchdowns.
