ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF baseball program is inviting high school players to sign up for its Winter Skills Exposure Camp on Sunday, Nov. 22. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with registration beginning at 8 a.m.

The Winter Skills Exposure Camp offers a unique baseball learning opportunity for the high school player who has aspirations of playing baseball at the highest level - college or pro. This camp features position specific instruction. Each camper will be exposed to the same drills and mechanics that are taught in the UCF baseball program.
Led by head coach Terry Rooney and his staff, each camper can expect a full day of instruction with a unique presentation from UCF's strength and conditioning coach. This camp will give each camper a strong foundation for further improvement while exposing themselves to the coaching staff at UCF.
The Winter Skills Exposure Camp is offered to 9th-12th graders only. Campers will receive a UCF baseball T-shirt at check in, and lunch is provided to all campers. Pitching instruction will be during the afternoon session.
UCF also announced information for the Top Prospect Exposure Camp, which provides an excellent opportunity for high school player's grades 9-12 to be instructed by the baseball staff. It will be held Dec. 19-20 and the cost is $250.
The participants will be instructed in four phases of the game: hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding. Campers will also enjoy the competitive games that will be played during the camp. This camp is designed for the serious baseball player - one who has the interest and desire to play collegiate and/or professional baseball.
The Top Prospect Exposure Camp will be limited to 104 players that will make up eight teams of 13 players. It will only accept a limited amount for each specific position. These exact numbers will determine the structure of each team. We will structure each team using your PRIMARY position chosen. Please choose this position carefully as this will be the only position you will be able to play during camp.
