ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - As UCF fans have come to expect every Tuesday, SportsKnight is back again this week with an all new edition, full of exciting information on UCF athletics.
Host Jeff Sharon will provide viewers with highlights from the week in UCF volleyball and football, as well as results from the soccer and tennis teams.
As the first basketball preview edition of SportsKnight, this week will include a feature on the UCF women's basketball team and how they're approaching this season, now being a target of other programs after winning the Conference USA tournament last season. SportsKnight will also be sitting down with women's basketball associate head coach Greg Brown to discuss the team's preparation to defend their conference title.
SportsKnight will finish up this week's edition with the news and notes segment as well as the plays of the week. The featured song on this edition of the plays of the week is "Hurt" by SugarFreeMusic. UCF Athletics, Real Rock and Axis Magazine are proud to support local area music.
The program will air statewide each week on Sun Sports (Tuesday, 4:30 p.m.) as well as regionally on Bright House Sports Network (Wednesday, 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.). UCF TV also re-airs the program several times per week so viewers have several chances to catch this week's highlights.
