ORLANDO, Fla. - Lockheed Martin will hold a special "UCF Day" on Wednesday for its many employees who are fans of the Knights and UCF graduates.
There will be appearances by the UCF Cheerleaders, Knight Moves Dance Team and Knightro from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and employees are encouraged to wear black and gold to work. Special discounted football game tickets will be available for Lockheed Martin employees at the mid-day event.
The aeronautical and electronic systems giant maintains a large office in Orlando and steadily supports its local university on and off of the field. Likewise, UCF Athletics often involves itself in the local community getting involved with events like this one, this past August's UCF Day at AAA in Lake Mary and other similar events.
"Lockheed Martin is proud to continue its long relationship with UCF, in support of Athletics as well as the many alumni and students who are a part of the Lockheed Martin team," says Lockheed Martin's Director of Finance, David Weston.
