ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - After concluding practice Wednesday as his team prepares to open the 2009 football season Saturday at Bright House Networks Stadium against Samford, redshirt sophomore Nick Pieschel (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.) took time for an on-camera interview with UCFAthletics.com.
Pieschel discusses the progress of the Knights during preseason camp, the state of the UCF offensive line, the addition of new offensive coordinator Charlie Taaffe and which UCF defensive linemen is the toughest to block to during practice.
