ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF volleyball match against in-state rival USF on Sept. 15 at 7 p.m., which has been dubbed VolleyBowl II, has been selected to be regionally televised on Bright House Sports Network.
The event against the Bulls is set to air on tape delay beginning at 8 p.m. on Bright House channel 47 for digital cable subscribers.
VolleyBowl II anticipates drawing a sell-out crowd, with the first 1,000 students through the door receiving a guaranteed ticket to the UCF-Miami football game at Bright House Networks Stadium on Oct. 17. Students are encouraged to get in line early outside the main entrance to The Venue at UCF, located on East Plaza Dr., and must stay through the conclusion of the volleyball match to secure a complimentary football ticket.
With the match set to be televised by Bright House Sports Network, fans are encouraged to armor up in black and gold.
Season tickets for the 2009 season are currently on sale for only $30, with the Knights hosting 13 remaining regular-season matches at The Venue at UCF.
