Orlando, Fla. - UCF football fans are invited out this Friday, Sept. 4, to join head football coach George O'Leary to sit down and learn about the upcoming 2009 season. The first "Lunch With George Presented by Smokey Bones and Radisson UCF" meeting will be held at noon in the J. Rolfe Davis Lounge, located in the south endzone of the Bright House Networks Stadium on the UCF campus. Fans should park in lots E6 and E7
This free event will be the first in a three part series for the 2009 season. Other "Lunch with George" meetings will also take place on Oct. 16 before the Miami game, and Nov. 13 before the Homecoming game against Houston.
Coach O'Leary will discuss topics on the week's opponent, the upcoming season and the team in general. The first two hundred fans in attendance will be receiving a free lunch thanks to Smokey Bones
The Knights are scheduled to open the 2009 campaign on Sept. 5, hosting Samford at Bright House Networks Stadium. UCF will play seven games at home this year. Season, single game and mini plan tickets are available by calling (407) UCF-1000 or by visiting UCFAthletics.com.
