CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCF spent its first day at the NCAA Tournament Friday with a practice and press conference at McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga, Tenn. Check out the sights from the first day with the above photo gallery.
Head coach Joi Williams and sophomores Emma Cannon and Angelica Mealing began the day by participating in a 30-minute press conference. The trio fielded questions from a collection of local and national media.
The Knights then hit the floor for a one-hour practice of preparation for Saturday's opening round game of the NCAA Tournament against third-seeded North Carolina. UCF, seeded 14th in the Oklahoma City Regional, and UNC will tip-off the tournament Saturday at noon on ESPN2.
