? The game served as UCF's first overtime contest of the season. In 2007-08, the squad played in four overtime games.
? After totaling a game-high 28 points, Jermaine Taylor has now led the squad in scoring in 20 of its 21 contests this year. The game marked his 15th 20-point performance of the season.
? Taylor hit five 3-pointers against the Green Wave and now has 218 for his career. The school's all-time leader in triples, Jason Thornton, made 220 3-pointers from 1998-02.
? The contest served as Taylor's 112 career game. He is now tied with his cousin, Darryl Davis (1991-95), for ninth on the school's career games played register.
? UCF's starting guards - A.J. Rompza and Taylor Young - combined for 10 assists and just three turnovers.
? Rompza, a freshman, logged a season-high 36 minutes. Taylor paced the Knights with a season-high 42 minutes.
? After registering three swats Saturday, Tony Davis now has 71 career blocks.
? Davis grabbed 12 boards, including five on the offensive end, and has now led the Knights on the glass 10 times in 2008-09.
? Isaac Sosa drained two 3-pointers and finished with 12 points in 24 minutes off the bench. He has recorded eight double-figure scoring games this season.
? UCF's reserves accounted for 24 points, compared to 13 for the Green Wave.
