? UCF evened the series up at two a piece against SMU, with both teams collecting victories at their respective gyms.
? The Knights held SMU to 45 points, the lowest output by a UCF opponent this season, and fourth lowest UCF has allowed since beginning Division I play in 1984-85.

? A.J. Rompza dished out a career-high 11 assists. The freshman has now dropped 10 or more dimes in three games this season.
? Brian Ormiston is now 2-0 filling in for SID Doug Richards. The Knights have defeated opponents by an average of 21.5 points under Ormiston's watch.
