ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Fans of the Knights can check out UCF SportsKnight on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. on SunSports. A tour of the brand-new Intercollegiate Rowing Center and an interview with women's basketball head coach Joi Williams are featured on this week's episode.

Viewers are taken inside the past week in UCF Athletics by UCF alum Jeff Sharon during each 30-minute installment of the program. Replays of the show can be seen throughout the week on Bright House Sports Network, UCF-TV and Fox College Sports Atlantic.

This week's SportsKnight Spotlight shines on the rowing program and its brand-new facility that just opened. Seniors Taylor Wiatt, Tara Rogers and Erin Bernier provide a tour of the Intercollegiate Rowing Center that is located close to campus off Lake Pickett Road. The team's head coach, Becky Cramer, also sits down to talk about the growth of the program and the importance of the new boathouse.

After an impressive 3-1 start in Conference USA competition, Williams joins Sharon to talk about how her team has learned from playing a difficult non-conference slate. The Knights return to the UCF Arena on Thursday against Rice at 7 p.m.

The men's basketball team finished a two game road swing this week by falling at UAB and defeating Rice. Highlights from the two games, plus the results from the cheerleading national championships and men's and women's tennis matches will be shown on the episode. Additional information about the Knights is presented to viewers in the news and notes section.

Sugar Free Music, with their song "Two Souls," is the local artist featured on this week's edition of the plays of the week. More information on the band can be found by visiting their website at myspace.com/sugarfreemusic. UCF Athletics, Real Radio and Axis Magazine are proud to support local area music.

Customers with Bright House digital cable can see the program air at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and 4:00 p.m. on Thursday on Bright House Sports Network (channel 47). Multiple times throughout the week viewers can watch the show on UCF-TV (channel 1). Archived episodes of the program are available online via UCFAthletics.com and ucftv.ucf.com.
