ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCF women's tennis head coach Stephanie Nickitas has been pretty busy leading up to the 2009 spring season. She recently was featured in the latest edition of Play Tennis Florida magazine, while also serving as a speaker at the Florida Athletic Coaches Association Winter Clinic in Daytona Beach.

The FACA Winter Clinic was held Jan. 8-10 and featured high school athletic directors and coaches in the sports of football, swimming, tennis and track and field. Nickitas spoke on day one to give a college coach's perspective on recruiting.
Nickitas and the Knights are opening up the spring slate with the Florida Gulf Coast/Johan Kriek Classic Saturday-Monday. Meanwhile, the dual-match campaign is set to begin on Jan. 22 when UCF hosts Florida A&M at 2 p.m.
