The most recent edition of Coaches Corner with Joi Williams is now available to be viewed online at UCFAthletics.com. The show, which is hosted by Scott Adams, can be watched free of charge via Knights' All-Access.
In this week's edition Adams and Williams discuss the difficulty of the Knights' schedule, currently ranked as the eighth-toughest nationally, their recent win in the Conference USA opener against Southern Miss and upcoming road games at Memphis and UAB.
UCF plays at Memphis Thursday at 8 p.m. eastern time before moving on to Birmingham, Ala., to face UAB Saturday night at 7 p.m.
