? UCF and Florida were meeting for the second time in Jacksonville. The programs played in the inaugural college basketball game at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in 2003.
? Against the Gators, Jermaine Taylor appeared in his 100th career game for the Knights.
? The Knights opened their scoring in tonight's game with back-to-back 3-pointers by Taylor and A.J. Rompza.
? With his 3-pointer in the first half, Isaac Sosa has now recorded a triple in eight of the Knights' nine games this season.
? After missing the game against Florida Tech, Chris Baez returned to the floor tying his career mark in points with 12. The redshirt freshman also recorded two triples in tonight's contest.
? Appearing in his fifth game of the season, Jakub Kusmieruk tied his career-high with six points. The freshman also recorded a career-high three offensive rebounds.
? Playing in his hometown, former Mandarin High School standout P.J. Gaynor collected two points, four rebounds, two assists and a block in 14 minutes of work.
? Tying a career-high in points, Rompza finished the game with 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting from the floor. The freshman was also perfect from beyond the arch, making three triples.
