? With the 110 points scored in tonight's contest, it marked the first time the Knights have scored over 100 points against a non-conference opponent since the team traveled to Chicago State on Dec. 13, 2001. UCF scored 100 points against the Cougars.
? In his first career start, Isaac Sosa scored a career-high 22 points and drained six 3-pointers, also a career high.
? With his 22 points in the victory, Sosa became the first UCF freshman to score over 20 points since Joey Graham (21) accomplished the feat against Troy.
? Appearing in his fourth game this season, rookie Jakub Kusmieruk collected his first collegiate points on a pair of free throws in the first half. The 7-footer finished the game with six points and a career-high three rebounds.
? The 52 points scored in the first half of tonight's game were a season high for the Knights.
? Jermaine Taylor's 31 points were a season high, with 21 coming in the first half. This marks the second consecutive game Taylor has scored 30 or more.
? A.J. Rompza finished the contest with his first career double-double with 11 points and 10 assists. Both totals were career-highs for the rookie.
? The Knights completed a 19-2 run in the first half that started at the 7:06 mark and ended at the 4:06 mark of the first half.
? In the victory over FIT, the Knights shot a season-high 58.9 percent from the floor. The team shot 50 percent against North Carolina A&T in the season opener.
? Drew Speraw recorded a career-high eight points in the victory. Speraw's two 3-pointers also tied a career-high.
? For the first time this year, the Knights had three freshman finished with double figures in scoring (A.J. Rompza, Isaac Sosa, P.J. Gaynor).
