UCF has its entire divisional slate ahead of it with five games to go and the Knights still control their own destiny for a berth in the Conference USA Championship Game. The team likely has zero margin for error, however, and the East Division stretch starts on Sunday night with the only divisional team to beat UCF last fall, East Carolina.
The Pirates stand at 4-3 overall and 2-1 in league play as they venture to Orlando after a bye week. UCF is just happy to be in Orlando itself after a stretch of seven weeks with just one home game. The Knights have been dominant at Bright House Networks Stadium in the facility's young history. UCF is 8-2 at BHNS and has never lost to either a Conference USA team or an unranked team. The Knights will hope their boisterous fans can help push them to a similar result on Sunday night.
