ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Fans looking to learn more about UCF Athletics should watch this week's UCF SportsKnight on Sun Sports at 5 p.m. The 30-minute show hosted by UCF graduate Jeff Sharon takes viewers inside UCF Athletics.

The show is broadcasted several times throughout the week on UCF TV, and episodes are also available as apart of Bright House Network's OnDemand programming. The UCF TV schedule can be found by visiting ucftv.ucf.edu.

Women's soccer coach Amanda Cromwell will be featured in this week's SportsKnight Spotlight. Cromwell has developed into one of the most successful coaches in the country over the last 10 years with the Knights. She brought her experiences as a player with the US National Team and Women's United Soccer Association to UCF and helped the soccer program remain a consistent national contender.

The upcoming Conference USA Cross Country Championships will be previewed with assistant coach Tyangela Sanders and senior Shantile Blackburn. This weekend the team travels to Houston, Texas, looking to improve upon its seventh-place finish a year ago.

UCF SportsKnight features highlights from the past week in UCF Athletics, including the top three plays of the week.

This month's best plays will be shown in the SportsKnight Highlight. "Give it Up to Us" by The Shoreline is the featured song for this month's highlight. "Dubious Distinction" by The Dropa Stone is another song used in this week's episode.

More information and additional songs from these bands can be found by visiting their websites at theshoreline.com and thedropastone.com. UCF Athletics, Real Radio and Axis Magazine are proud to support local area music. Access to additional local artists can be found by visiting axismag.com and realrock1011.com
