Women's Golf in Action at Mason Rudolph Challenge

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Freshman Marika Lendl shot a two-under-par 70 today to pace the UCF women's golf team in second round action at Vanderbilt's Mason Rudolph Challenge at the Legends Club of Franklin, Tenn.

UCF shot a 16-over-par 306 today and presently stands in 17th place heading into Sunday morning's final round.

Lendl's round of 70 was seven strokes better than her top teammate on teh day as Stephanie Connelly was second for UCF with a 77 (+5). May Tomimbang shot a 78 (+6) while Jessy Tang and Victoria Tomko each fired a 79 (+7).

The elite tournament, which features nine of the nation's top 10 teams, will conclude on Sunday morning.
