ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - Heavy rainfall in the Orlando area has forced the cancellation of the UCF men's soccer match against St. Leo Thursday. The scrimmage will not be made up, but the Knights will be back in action Sunday at 11 a.m. for an exhibition showdown with the College of Charleston at the UCF Soccer Complex.
If weather continues to be a problem for the Black and Gold, check UCF's official website often for up-to-the-minute details on the men's soccer schedule.
The Knights are slated to open their regular season in Columbus, Ohio, where they battle Penn State Aug. 29 and No. 9 Ohio State Aug. 31. UCF's first home match will take place Sept. 20 against Memphis at 7 p.m.
