UCF-ISP SPORTS PROPERTIES SIGNS NEW MARKETING PARTNERSHIP WITH CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO ORLANDO

July 23, 2008

Orlando, Fla. (www.UCFAthletics.com) - Clear Channel Radio Orlando and UCF-ISP Sports Properties have announced an innovative multimedia marketing partnership that will feature broadcast support of UCF Athletics event and promotional programming airing across the company's seven top-rated Orlando radio stations over the next five years.

"UCF Athletics will gain a great marketing edge in the community," said Keith Tribble, UCF's Director of Athletics and Executive Vice President. "But most importantly, and paramount in our negotiations, our core events will continue to air on stations with strong broadcast signals. It's comforting to know that day or night from Sanford to Kissimmee and as far as Melbourne, DeLand and Daytona, the UCF game day broadcast will be able to reach our entire Central Florida fan base."

"Community support for UCF Athletics has never been higher and we are very pleased to continue our long-running relationship," said Chris Kampmeier, Clear Channel Orlando Director of Programming.

"We are delighted to be able to provide this level of radio coverage of UCF Athletics to our loyal fan base," said Josh Bullock, General Manager of the UCF ISP Sports Network. "The additional multimedia aspects of the partnership among UCF, ISP and Clear Channel increase the value of the overall agreement as well, with Knight supporters receiving significant benefit in these areas, too, as they follow UCF teams throughout the year."

The programming is based around the UCF game day broadcasts for football, men's basketball and baseball, in addition to call-in shows for both the football and men's basketball head coaches. The entire Knights football and men's basketball schedules, the Kirk Speraw Call-In Show, 20 regular season baseball games plus postseason will air on the 50,000-watt WQTM 740 AM. The George O'Leary Call-In Show will move to a primetime slot on Mondays and air on WFLA 540 AM, also a 50,000-watt station, from 7-8 p.m. during the football season.

Starting this football season, WFLA 540 AM will also air a new daily segment, the Daily Knights Report, a one-minute feature that will run Monday through Friday. UCF Athletics will also receive a consistent promotional presence during the Dan Sileo Show and The Finish Line through the sports year.

This marketing partnership gains its unique positioning through a strong UCF Athletics promotional schedule that will run for 38 weeks across the entire Clear Channel Radio Orlando line-up: WMGF Magic 107.7 FM, WXXL 106.7 FM, WTKS Real Radio 104.1 FM, WJRR 101.1 FM, WRUM Rumba 100.3, WFLA 540 AM and WQTM 740 AM.

UCF Athletics will also gain a greater presence on each of the seven Clear Channel Radio Orlando websites; including a dedicated personality page on the WFLA 540 AM website that will be updated all season long. Lastly, Clear Channel Radio Orlando will provide a heightened presence at on-campus athletics events, including promotional crews, vehicles and giveaway items.

"Our radio call-in show moves this season to Mondays nights from 7-8 p.m.," added UCF football coach George O'Leary. "Yes, that also means the audience moves nights, too. This is a good situation for us because we get a strong signal to reach our fans and now the valuable promotional and advertising support across Clear Channel's entire line-up of radio stations through Central Florida."
