ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - Golden Knights Club executive director Todd Reeser announced Tuesday that Phillip Rich has joined the UCF Athletics staff as the assistant director of development - donor relations. Rich will be responsible for the oversight of premium seating sales activities for the Golden Knights Club.
At UCF, Rich will develop and manage a stewardship program for prospective and existing donors. He will also serve as the UCF liaison with Premier Sports Travel.
The Golden Knights Club is the official fundraising organization of UCF Athletics.
Prior his appointment at UCF, Rich worked as a consultant in Miami. In that role, he assisted the Miami-Dade Sports Commission with its membership and sales campaign.
From 1998-2006, Rich worked for the Orange Bowl Committee in Miami. In his final role at the OBC, he served as the director of administration. While in that position, Rich handled government and member relations for the Bowl Championship Series.
Rich is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned a bachelor's degree in sociology.
