ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - UCF baseball head coach Jay Bergman will be a featured guest on ESPN 1080's Talking Old School with Roger Franklin Williams Sunday night. The show is scheduled to air after the conclusion of the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball at approximately 11 p.m.
Bergman will discuss the 2008 season, along with his memorable career as a college coach that began in 1967 when he led Seminole Community College for seven seasons. Bergman is currently in his 26th year at UCF and has 993 wins in a Knight uniform.
The UCF skipper will guide the Knights this weekend when they host No. 4 Rice at Jay Bergman Field. Game one's first pitch is on tap for 6:30 p.m. Friday.
