ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - The UCF men's soccer team returns to action on Tuesday when it plays host to Malmo, a Swedish first-division team, in a spring exhibition contest at 12 p.m. at the UCF Soccer Complex. Please note that this is a time change from previous press advisories regarding this game.
Malmo, a member of the Sweden Allsvenskan, finished with a 9-10-7 record last season, finishing ninth in its 14-team league standings.
This will be the second spring date for the Knights this season, as UCF played host to Jacksonville, Stetson and St. Leo in a round-robin tournament two weeks ago. The Knights played each of the three teams to scoreless ties in a trio of 35-minute contests.
