The Knights picked up their first Conference USA win of the season on Sunday with a 68-49 win against Rice at Houston Baptist University ... The victory marked UCF's first C-USA road win since a 66-63 win against Marshall on Feb. 24, 2006 in Huntington, W.Va's Cam Henderson Center ... Freshman guard Jelisa Caldwell had a career day against the Owls, scoring a career-high 20 points and knocking down a personal-best 9-of-10 free-throws ... Freshman forward Emma Cannon led the Knights in a 74-61 loss to Houston with her eighth double-double of the season, 20 points and 15 rebounds ... Freshman forward/center Tia Lewis leads the team in both scoring and rebounding, averaging 13.3 ppg and 12.4 ppg ... UCF benefits from balanced scoring as four players average double-figure point totals. Cannon follows with 10.7 ppg, while Marshay White and D'Nay Daniels average 10.4 and 10.3 ppg, respectively ...
