ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - The UCF baseball team is inviting players of all ages to register for the prestigious Jay Bergman Baseball Camps, as three different events are scheduled this winter and will be held at Jay Bergman Field on the UCF campus.
Prospective players can attend one or all of the following: Christmas Camp Dec. 28-30, Pitcher/Catcher/Defense Camp Jan. 12 and Hitters Camp Jan. 13. The cost of the Christmas Camp is $250 and includes lunch each day, while the two day camps are $85 each. To take part in both day camps, registration is just $150.
These camps will be a perfect opportunity for players to get one-on-one instruction from some of the best teachers in the country. The UCF coaching staff has over 64 years of coaching experience at the college level, with Jay Bergman embarking on his 39th season as a head coach and 26th with the Knights. The skipper currently ranks 17th on the all-time NCAA Division I coaching wins list with 1,183.
