ORLANDO - UCF's 2007 season and its second venture in Conference USA wrapped up at the C-USA Championship in Greenville, N.C., May 23-25. The Knights went 1-2 in the league's postseason tournament, and finished with a 27-32 overall record.

Quick Highlights
-Kiko Vazquez (17), Tyson Auer (15), Ryan Richardson (13) and Matt Horwath (11) each had a hitting streak of at least 10 games.
- Justin Weiss had nine saves in 2007, the second-most in UCF history.
- Senior Brian Brooks broke the program record for career relief appearances. The lefty saw time in 22 games out of the pen this year, moving his overall total to 82.
- The Knights were 21-15 at home, and saw attendance increase 58 percent from a year ago.
- UCF had double-digit hits in 15 of its last 18 outings.
- A total of 48 percent (12-of-25) of UCF's home runs came in the month of May.
- The C-USA Championship was the fourth different conference tournament UCF played in. The Knights previously took part in the American South (1991), Sun Belt (1992) and Atlantic Sun Tournaments (1993-2005).
