Orlando, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - Due to travel requirements, the UCF baseball team announced a time change for this weekend's Conference USA series vs. Tulane at Jay Bergman Field. While both games Friday and Saturday are still on tap for 6:30 p.m., Sunday's finale will now take place at 11 a.m. The final contest was previously slated for 1 p.m.
This weekend marks one of just two remaining home weekends left on the 2007 schedule for the Knights. After their series vs. the Green Wave, they will host Stetson May 2 in a mid-week clash and welcome Marshall for three games May 17-19 to close the regular season.
The Black and Gold is coming off an 11-5 victory over USF Tuesday night, and currently own a 19-23 overall record.
