ORLANDO, Fla. (www.UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF Alumni Association and the UCF Athletics Association, Inc. are set to host hundreds of kindergarten through fifth grade students during the annual UCF Youth Sports Festival on Saturday, April 21. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at the UCF Intramural Fields located behind the Recreation and Wellness Center. Parking is available in the South Parking Garage on Gemini Blvd.
The event costs $2 per child and includes one sports clinic, lunch and a goody bag. Participants can select among five clinics - baseball, basketball, football, soccer or cheerleading - which will be given by UCF coaches and student-athletes. The clinics will be held from 9-11 a.m. and lunch will follow. Those selecting the basketball or soccer sessions should bring their own ball.
After the conclusion of the sports festival, participants and their families can enjoy the carnival fun and games at the Family a'Fair, which begins at 11 a.m. Admission is free. Game tickets can be purchased a discounted rate with Youth Sports Festival registration. All proceeds raised will benefit student scholarship funds.

The UCF Youth Sports Festival is hosted by the UCF Alumni Association and the UCF Athletic Association and sponsored by UCF Graduate Studies, Liberty Mutual, Greenway Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Greenway Ford and the Orlando Sentinel.
