Men's Tennis Hosts Jacksonville on Saturday

ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - The UCF men's tennis team will play at home for the final time this year when the Golden Knights host Jacksonville on Saturday. First serve is slated for 11 a.m. and admission to the contest at the UCF Tennis Complex is free.

The Golden Knights (12-9) are 9-2 at home this season. The match will serve as the final home contest for UCF's lone senior, Ener Gursoy (Adana, Turkey). Gursoy is 4-5 in singles action this spring. He ranks seventh all-time at UCF with 59 victories.

In UCF's last contest, the Golden Knights fell 5-2 at Stetson on Thursday.

Jacksonville is 11-6 this year. The Dolphins are coming off of a 6-1 victory over Lipscomb in Nashville, Tenn. on Sunday. This season, Jacksonville is 2-3 on the road.

UCF has a 20-3 edge in the all-time series with the Dolphins.

Following Saturday's tilt, the Golden Knights will conclude the regular season on Wednesday, April 11 at North Florida. Starting April 20, UCF will compete at the Conference USA Championship in Houston, Texas.
