Orlando, Fla. (www.UCFAthletics.com) - The Knights are getting an early start in kicking off the 2007 season, reaching out to their alumni, fans and supporters on 10 tour stops throughout the southeast. Join the UCF head coaches and other athletics association officials this spring as the UCF Knights Coaches Caravan comes to a city near you.
Each event features a question and answer session with head football coach George O'Leary, preview of the 2007 Knights football roster, schedule and depth chart, Bright House Networks Stadium and UCF Convocation Center construction updates in addition to action-packed highlight videos from past seasons.
Select stops will also include director of athletics Keith Tribble, men's basketball coach Kirk Speraw and new women's basketball coach Joi Williams Felton. Representatives from UCF's Golden Knights Club (GKC), alumni association and athletics ticket sales staff will be on site to answer questions on how fans can become a part of the team behind the team.
The 2007 UCF Knights Coaches Caravan is open to the public and admission is complimentary courtesy of the athletics association. However, you will need to RSVP at least one week prior to each event. To RSVP, contact the GKC at (407) 882-1289 or via e-mail at goldenknightsclub@mail.ucf.edu.
