Altamonte Springs, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - With consistent rain in the area, UCF's game vs. Villanova at the Altamonte Springs Tournament Saturday was cancelled. The Golden Knights will resume the event Sunday with a 9 a.m. showdown against Holy Cross, and bracket play will follow in the afternoon.
UCF (14-9) has a 1-1 record in the tournament, defeating Jacksonville State, 5-0, and falling to Virginia Tech, 2-1, on day one Friday.
