Orlando, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - Members of the UCF baseball team will volunteer their time Wednesday to visit with local youths at Bonneville Elementary School in Orlando. The Golden Knight student-athletes will help provide insight into the fun of playing sports and the experiences kids have at UCF games.
All but two UCF players hail from the state of Florida, and many of them got their start in school in the Orlando area. After Wednesday morning's visit, the Golden Knights have three more days of practice before beginning their new season Saturday at home against Florida International at 1 p.m.
