LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - UCF's KnightMoves dance team performed well during Saturday's semifinals and advanced to the finals at the 2007 College Cheerleading and Dance Team Championship at Walt Disney World.
KnightMoves joins 11 other squads, including fellow Conference USA school Memphis and in-state rival Florida State, in the IA Hip Hop finals at 12:30 p.m. They then compete against 18 other teams in the IA Open Dance Finals at 3 p.m.
Also on Sunday, the UCF cheerleading squad has its chance to compete for the national championship after earning an automatic bid into the IA Cheer Finals.
All events take place at Disney's Wide World of Sports®.
