? UCF is now 6-0 for the first time at the Division I level.

? All six of the Golden Knights' victories this season have been against in-state opponents and the team is 32-11 since the start of the 2001-02 campaign against Florida programs. Florida Atlantic was the last in-state team that UCF will face this year.

? Josh Peppers had 12 points versus Florida Atlantic and became the first Golden Knight to eclipse the 1,000-point mark since Paul Reed achieved the feat during the 2001-02 season. He now has 1,007 career points.

? The contest was played in front of 2,879 spectators, the 10th-largest home crowd in program history.

? UCF has won eight-consecutive games at home.

? Adam Gill made his season debut versus the Owls. He missed UCF's first five games due to an injury.
