UCF enters the weekend 5-21 overall and 1-13 in league play. In its most recent outing, the team dropped a hard-fought, 3-2 decision to visiting UTEP on Sunday.

Memphis (23-7, 9-5) posted a 3-0 victory over the Golden Knights at home on Oct. 20. UAB (21-9, 8-6) has won seven-straight contests. On Oct. 22, the Blazers topped UCF, 3-0, in Birmingham, Ala. Before facing the Golden Knights, UAB will play at Southern Miss on Friday.

Prior to the contest with UAB, UCF will honor its four seniors - Leah Alexander (Georgetown, Texas/Leander HS), Maina Heming (Sao Leopoldo, Brazil), Jana Mitchell (Champlin, Minn./Osseo HS) and Vesna Ukic (Split, Croatia). All four Golden Knights will be playing at home for the final time.

Alexander, Heming and Ukic are all in their second year in the program. Mitchell, who has spent four seasons with the Golden Knights, sits in fourth on the school's all-time total blocks (301) and block assists (260) lists.

After concluding the regular season, UCF will travel to Houston for the C-USA Championship. The event begins on Friday, Nov. 20.
