In late October, Conn earned a spot on the Conference USA Cross Country All-Academic Team. Nominees had to earn at least a 3.2 grade point average and have competed in more than half of the scheduled meets in order to qualify. An accounting major, Conn raced in all but one of UCF's five meets this season. At the league championship, the sophomore finished 34th at 27:14.51.
