ORLANDO - The UCF football team hosts Pittsburgh this Friday and all Golden Knight fans are encouraged to "Blackout the Bowl." All fans attending the 8 p.m. game at the Florida Citrus Bowl are urged to show their support for UCF by wearing black.
The contest will be aired live nationally on ESPN.
The Golden Knights (2-3) are coming off of a 23-22 victory over Conference USA foe Marshall on the road on Oct. 4. The game will serve as the final non-league contest for UCF in 2006.
Pittsburgh is 5-1 overall. In the Panthers' last outing, the squad recorded a 21-11 win at Syracuse on Saturday. UCF and Pittsburgh will be meeting for the first time.
