Orlando, Fla. - UCF head football coach George O'Leary is set to make his second appearance on the "Cingular Wireless Knights Roundtable" this Thursday, just two days before his Golden Knights travel to Gainesville for their tilt with No. 7 Florida. O'Leary and host Marc Daniels will be on hand at the Orlando Ale House in Waterford Lakes from 6-7 p.m. to talk UCF football and take questions from fans on site and those also listening to the show.
The program airs live on the UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station WQTM 740-AM THE TEAM from 6-7 p.m. Cingular customers can dial #740 to join the program. Fans can also call-in at 407-916-8255 and 1-800-729-8255.
The program will be held on Thursdays throughout the season, except on two occasions. Prior to UCF's home contest against Pittsburgh, the show will air on Wednesday, Oct. 11. Due to Thanksgiving, the show before the UAB game is slated for Wednesday, Nov. 22. The broadcast is also available online at www.ucfathletics.com.
UCF made its 2006 debut last Saturday with a convincing 35-16 win over Villanova at the Florida Citrus Bowl. Kickoff on Saturday in Gainesville is set for 6 p.m. Tickets to all UCF home games can still be ordered by calling 407-UCF-1000.
