ORLANDO - On Saturday's edition of the UCF Sports Report radio program, the Golden Knights' men's tennis and track and field programs will be highlighted. The show begins at 11 a.m. on the UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station, 740-THE TEAM AM.
Host Scott Adams will interview Brock Sakey of the men's tennis team during the program. Sakey recently earned Conference USA Freshman of the Year honors after posting a 16-5 singles record in the spring.
Adams will also interview track and field head coach Marcia Mansur-Wentworth. Her team will participate in its first C-USA Outdoor Championship this week. The event begins on Thursday in El Paso, Texas.
The "Voice of the Golden Knights," Marc Daniels, will open Saturday's show, speaking with baseball head coach Jay Bergman. The Golden Knights visit 10th-ranked Houston for a three-game league series this weekend.
Following a 30-minute segment on baseball, Adams will review the past week in UCF athletics and also preview upcoming games and events for all of the Golden Knight programs.
