UCF Sports Report Season Finale to Air Saturday

ORLANDO - The final episode of this year's edition of the UCF Sports Report radio show will air Saturday morning and will feature an interview with new athletics director Keith Tribble. The program begins at 11 a.m. on the UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station, 740-THE TEAM AM.

Host Scott Adams will speak to Tribble about what lies ahead for the UCF Athletics Association. Tribble, who comes to UCF after serving as the chief executive officer of the Orange Bowl Committee, officially starts his new job on June 5.

Adams will also interview sophomore Victoria Chin of the track and field team. On May 26, Chin will compete at the NCAA East Regional in Greensboro, N.C. in the 400-meter hurdles. At the Conference USA Championship on May 13, she finished third in the event with a time of 1:02.12.

The "Voice of the Golden Knights," Marc Daniels, will open Saturday's show, speaking with baseball head coach Jay Bergman. The Golden Knights are currently in Hattiesburg, Miss. for a three-game C-USA series at Southern Miss. Bergman's squad will conclude the regular season on Saturday with a 2 p.m. Eastern contest versus the Golden Eagles.

Following a 30-minute segment on baseball, Adams will review the past week in UCF athletics and also preview upcoming games and events for all of the Golden Knight programs.
