ORLANDO - The UCF Sports Report is slated to air on Saturday morning and this week's edition of the radio show will highlight the Golden Knight women's rowing and baseball programs. The program begins at 11 a.m. on the UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station, 740-THE TEAM AM.
Host Scott Adams will interview rowing head coach Leeanne Crain. Crain's varsity eight boat is ranked 19th nationally. The Golden Knights are competing this weekend at the Aramark South/Central Sprints in Oak Ridge, Tenn.
Adams will also interview Ryan Bono of the baseball team. The senior catcher is hitting .317 on the season with four home runs and 30 RBI.
The "Voice of the Golden Knights," Marc Daniels, will open Saturday's show, speaking with baseball head coach Jay Bergman. The Golden Knights host Conference USA opponent Memphis this weekend for their last home series of the year.
Following a 30-minute segment on baseball, Adams will review the past week in UCF athletics and also preview upcoming games and events for all of the Golden Knight programs.
