GAINESVILLE - Senior Andrea Morrow and sophomore Elizabeth Miller paced the UCF women's track and field team when it competed at the UF Pepsi Invitational on Sunday.
Morrow took ninth in the 3,000m with a time of 10:32.99, while Miller placed 13th with a personal best of 10:46.16.
Two other athletes also recorded personal records. Sophomore Michelle Teuton placed 12th in the pole vault with a mark of 10-feet, 11.75 inches (3.35m) and freshman Sheree Carter ran to a personal best time of 8.62 in the preliminary 55-meter hurdle event.
The UCF 4x400m relay team of junior Jenny Rogan, sophomore Victoria Chin, senior Tavia Record and freshman Olinka Crusoe also performed well, finishing fourth with a time of 3:53.77.
The Golden Knights return to action at the Tiger Invitational in Clemson, S.C. from Feb. 10-11.
