Men's Tennis Match Postponed Until Sunday

ORLANDO - The UCF men's tennis match at home against UT-San Antonio, originally scheduled for Saturday, will be played on Sunday morning. First serve at the UCF Tennis Complex is scheduled for 9 a.m.

The match was rescheduled due to inclement weather expected in the Orlando-area on Saturday. UCF will be making its 2006 home debut.

The Golden Knights won their last match on Thursday against Rollins, 5-4, improving to 2-1 on the year. The Roadrunners, 0-1 on the season, face USF in Tampa on Friday.

In singles play on Thursday, UCF freshman Norman Alcantara had a victory over Rollins' David Tafur at No. 2, winning 6-2, 3-6, 6-2. The Golden Knights also received singles victories from junior Sebastian Delgado and freshman Brock Sakey.

UT San-Antonio and the Golden Knights will be meeting for the first time.

Admission to all home UCF men's tennis matches is free.
