ORLANDO - The UCF volleyball team will host Florida Atlantic at UCF Arena on Nov. 13 at 1 p.m. The match was originally slated for Sept. 20, but was postponed due to Hurricane Rita.
The contest was one of three matches for the Golden Knights that was postponed due to the storm. In addition to the Florida Atlantic match, the other two matches have also been rescheduled. UCF will now play Tulsa at the UCF Arena on Oct. 18. Also, the Golden Knights will travel to Dallas, Texas to face SMU on Oct. 4.
Prior to each home match, UCF officials will be present at the arena collecting donations to aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina. All proceeds will be given to the United Way to aid those in need following the storm.
