ORLANDO - The UCF women's basketball team, in conjunction with the UCF Alumni Association, invites Golden Knight fans to the Third Annual UCF Women's Basketball Wine Tasting on Friday, Sept. 9 from 7-9 p.m. at the Florida Citrus Bowl Varsity Club.
Admission to the event is $50 and includes an educational wine tasting, the opportunity to sample various wines and hor d'oeuvres and a 2005-06 season ticket for women's basketball.
"My staff and I really look forward to the wine tasting event every year because it gives us the opportunity to mingle with the fans and boosters of our program in a relaxed atmosphere," said head coach Gail Striegler. "It also gives them a chance to become a part of our team by investing in the upcoming season."
