GAINESVILLE - The UCF women's golf team remained in 18th place after the second round of play at the SunTrust Lady Gator Invitational in Gainesville Saturday. The Golden Knights carded a team score of 336 Saturday to stand 105 shots over par entering Sunday's final round. Wake Forest leads the event with a team score of 591 (+31) after 36 holes of play.
Ashley Grier is UCF's top golfer after 36 holes. Grier is tied for 67th with a two-round score of 161.
Play finishes with the final 18 holes of play Sunday in Gainesville.
