ORLANDO - Playing its third match in five days, the UCF men's tennis team returns to action on Saturday morning, hosting Pacific at 10 a.m. Admission to the contest at the UCF Tennis Complex is free.

The Golden Knights (8-8) will be looking to snap a two-match losing streak. Earlier in the week, the team fell to a pair of ranked teams - No. 21 Tennessee and No. 74 Air Force.

Seniors Joel Allen and Antonio Sierra earned singles victories against the Vols on Tuesday. Tennessee won the match, 5-2.

Despite losing, 4-3, to Air Force on Thursday afternoon, the Golden Knights claimed the doubles point and two singles tilts. Junior Ener Gursoy, who has won six of his last eight matches, earned a 6-0, 6-2 decision over Tyler McClung at No. 2. Against Justin Lau at No. 5, sophomore Sebastian Delgado took a 6-2, 6-1 victory.

Gursoy and Delgado teamed up at No. 3 double to post an 8-1 win over Trevor Johnson and Robby Alexander.

The match will be the third tilt of a four-match homestand for the Golden Knights.

Pacific enters the match at 6-6 on the season. The Tigers dropped a 4-2 match at USF on Thursday. The team plays Cornell in Tampa on Friday morning.
