CLEARWATER, Fla. - The UCF softball team started the Speedline Invitational with a 3-2 victory over Temple on Thursday night at the Ed C. Moore Softball Complex.
UCF has now won the last four openers in tournament play, and are 7-3 on the season in one-run games.
The Golden Knights continue pool play tomorrow against Northern Illinois and Long Island. First pitch against the Huskies is slated for 4:00 p.m.
