The Owls and Golden Knights are currently tied in the A-Sun standings with identical 3-3 marks in the league. FAU has a 3-10 overall mark and is coming off of a narrow 82-81 loss to Jacksonville on Tuesday. Mike Bell, the Atlantic Sun preseason player of the year, leads FAU. He added 10 points at Mercer, for a then season-high on January 5. Over the last three games, he is averaging 13.7 points per game, while shooting .538 from the floor. He has also knocked down nine trey's, going 9-for-16 from long range.
